Frequently Asked Questions
Typically how any sessions would average anorexic require? Over what period of time and frequency?
Each anorexic patient has a unique story, even though they are very similar in their behaviour patterns. For frequency of sessions, it needs to be a minimum of once a week to support recovery. If parents are able to afford it, twice-weekly would really support a quicker recovery. Once the client is in a good space, we can progress to fortnightly, then monthly. Check-in sessions can be set throughout the year to make sure that relapse is to the minimum.

Success Stories
Jenny helped me with my fear of food, as my bulimia was always triggered by my undereating and overtraining. I’ve had an eating disorder since I was 16 years old (now 50 years old) starting with anorexia for many years that went into bulimia.
I continue to use the tools that Jenny taught me and so far I am free of my bulimia. But I know if I have a setback in the future I know I have Jenny in my corner and that is a lovely feeling to have, someone I trust and respect. Thank you x
I decided to reach out to Jenny for nutritional support during my struggle with an eating disorder.
I can confidently say that my outlook on food and exercise has vastly changed since the beginning of my sessions with Jenny. I now don’t feel as anxious when I eat out or if my food doesn’t go to plan. My biggest enemy was not my food, it was my mind, and with the support of Jenny and her nutritional advice, I was able to make the right decisions to aid my recovery. Thank you so much Jenny!
She immediately made me feel welcome and spoke to me in a non-judgemental way which encouraged me to open up, and made me realise there were underlying issues that were keeping me stuck in my eating disorder. I am now living my best life!
