Jenny helped me with my fear of food, as my bulimia was always triggered by my undereating and overtraining. I’ve had an eating disorder since I was 16 years old (now 50 years old) starting with anorexia for many years that went into bulimia.
I continue to use the tools that Jenny taught me and so far I am free of my bulimia. But I know if I have a setback in the future I know I have Jenny in my corner and that is a lovely feeling to have, someone I trust and respect. Thank you x
I decided to reach out to Jenny for nutritional support during my struggle with an eating disorder.
